X333 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the x333 platform, available at x333.express, and apply to all registered users and visitors accessing the services offered. Using x333 constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the rules described herein.

X333 is a Sports Betting and online casino platform dedicated to the Brazilian market. All services are provided in BRL (R$), and the available payment methods are exclusively those suited to Brazil's financial system: Pix, boleto bancário, credit and debit cards, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and bank transfers via TED to banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

X333 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and through a notification on the account dashboard at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the changes.

To use x333's services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registration is free and open to individuals with a minimum age of 18, residents of Brazil, who are not prohibited by law from participating in betting and gambling activities.

Each user may only have an active account at x333. Creating multiple accounts — whether using your own details or someone else's — violates these terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any active balances or bonuses.

It is the user's responsibility to:

• Keep your registration details up to date (name, CPF, email, phone number, Pix key);
• Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential;
• Notify x333 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access;
• Do not share your account with third parties, including family members.

X333 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use when the user fails to take basic security measures, such as using a weak password or sharing login credentials.

X333 applies identity verification procedures (Know Your Customer – KYC) to ensure user security and compliance with applicable regulations, including anti-money laundering guidelines and minor protection standards.

Verification is required before the release of the first withdrawal of any amount. The process requires submitting:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or valid passport);
• Proof of residence issued within the last 90 days;
• Selfie holding your ID document, when requested.

Document review is completed within 24 business hours. Once verified, the account remains active without the need for periodic re-verification, except in cases of profile updates, suspected fraud, or regulatory requests. x333 may request additional documentation at any time without prior justification.

X333 accepts the following deposit methods for users in Brazil:

Deposits must be made by the account holder personally. Deposits made by third parties will be returned to their source and may result in a temporary account freeze for review. x333 does not accept cash deposits, physical payment orders, or any method not listed above.

X333 reserves the right to decline or return deposits that raise suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these terms, with no obligation to provide prior explanation to the user.

Withdrawals at x333 are processed exclusively to the Pix key registered under the account holder's name. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. x333 does not charge withdrawal fees; any banking fees are the responsibility of the receiving bank.

Processing times by account tier:

• Standard account (non-VIP): within 3 minutes via Pix, 24 hours a day;
• VIP Bronze and Silver: within 3 minutes, priority queue;
• VIP Gold: up to 2 minutes;
• VIP Platinum: under 90 seconds;
• VIP Diamond: under 60 seconds.

A withdrawal request may be held for review in the following cases:

• Identity verification (KYC) not yet completed;
• Active bonus rollover not fully completed;
• Suspected fraud, use of multiple accounts, or money laundering;
• Mismatch between the account name and the Pix key holder on file;
• Request exceeds the daily or weekly limit for the account tier.

X333 offers a welcome bonus, VIP Program cashback, free spins, reload bonuses, and other periodic promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms available on the promotion page — these General Terms define the base rules that apply to all of them.

Rollover (wagering requirement): The rollover indicates how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before any balance derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Example: a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 5x rollover requires R$ 500.00 in qualifying bets before withdrawal. The rollover applies to the bonus amount, not the deposit.

General bonus rules at x333:

• One welcome promotion per user, per CPF, and per IP address;
• Bonuses not used within the stated deadline are automatically canceled;
• Cancelled bets, bets placed on both sides of the same event (arbitrage), and bets with odds below 1.50 may not count toward the rollover;
• X333 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abusive behavior is identified, such as the use of low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk exposure;
• The VIP Program's weekly cashback is credited no rollover — is the only explicit exception to this general rule.

Sports Betting at x333 covers football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Copa do Nordeste, Série B, and international leagues), MMA, UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball (Superliga), tennis, Formula 1, e-sports, and other sports. Odds are set by x333's trading team and may change before markets close without prior notice.

Key Sports Betting rules:

• Postponed or canceled matches: bets on events not settled within 48 hours of the original date are voided and the stake is returned to the user's balance;
• Odds errors: x333 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (typographical errors, system failures), with the user notified by email;
• Cash out: available on selected markets before and during events; the cash out value is calculated in real time and may be lower or higher than the original stake;
• Live betting: subject to broadcast delays; x333 accepts no liability for live bets placed based on information already known to the bettor but not yet reflected in the platform's odds;
• Maximum bet: varies by market and event; individual limits may be applied to accounts with a betting history that has systematically benefited from odds errors.

Bets placed on markets where the outcome is mathematically certain at the time of placement (for example, a "first team to score" bet when the live match has already started and a goal was scored before the bet was confirmed) may be voided without prior notice.

X333's casino features over 500 titles from certified providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Spribe, Microgaming, and others. All games use random number generators (RNG) audited by independent bodies such as eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and BMM Testlabs.

General casino rules:

• Technical failure during a round: if a disconnection or system failure occurs during an active round, the result recorded on the provider's server prevails; if the round was not completed, the wagered amount is refunded;

X333's VIP Program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with increasing benefits based on accumulated betting volume. Enrollment is automatic: any active user starts earning points from their very first bet.

VIP Program Rules:

• Betting volume is calculated weekly (Monday through Sunday) and updated in real time on the account dashboard;
• Level upgrades are automatic and take effect immediately upon reaching the required minimum volume;
• Cashback is calculated on net weekly losses (bets minus winnings) and paid every Monday, with no rollover;
• Bets placed with bonus balance contribute to VIP volume at a reduced weight (20% to 30% of the nominal value);
• If betting volume falls below a tier's minimum for more than 60 consecutive days, the tier may be reviewed with prior notice to the user;
• Birthday bonuses are credited automatically on the registered date of birth, with a 3x rollover and a 30-day usage period;
• X333 reserves the right to modify level criteria, cashback percentages, and VIP Program benefits with at least 14 days' prior notice.

X333 believes entertainment should stay entertainment. That's why self-management tools are available to all users, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit limit: configurable daily, weekly, or monthly; takes effect immediately; decreases apply right away, while increases have a 72-hour waiting period;
• Temporary self-exclusion: from 24 hours to 6 months; the account is paused immediately upon confirmation, with no reversal possible during the period;
• Session alerts: configurable notifications for continuous usage time;
• Game history: full access to betting, deposit, and withdrawal history for personal monitoring.

X333 does not send marketing communications to users who are in a self-exclusion period. The compliance team monitors behavioral patterns that may indicate problem gambling and may proactively reach out to the user to offer support.

The platform is exclusively for users aged 18 and over. x333 immediately blocks any account showing signs of use by a minor, regardless of whether verification has been completed.

Users may close their account at any time through support or directly in the account settings. Prior to closure, any available balance (real balance, not bonus funds) will be returned via Pix to the registered key, provided KYC verification has been approved.

X333 may suspend or close an account, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating or using multiple accounts;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal financing;
• Use of automation software, bots, or any tool that manipulates betting behavior;
• Exploiting bugs or system errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward the support team;
• Account use by a person under 18 years of age;
• Breach of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these terms, x333 reserves the right to withhold pending balances while investigations are ongoing. The user will be notified of the decision and will have the right to submit a response before a final determination on balance retention is made.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between x333 and the user regarding the use of the platform. Any tolerance by x333 of a breach of any clause does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future.

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitral decision, the remaining clauses remain in full force. The invalid clause will be replaced by a provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

X333 is not responsible for:

• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures (internet providers, game servers, the Central Bank's Pix system);
• Losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user based on incorrect information obtained outside the platform;
• Indirect damages, loss of earnings, or moral damages arising from use of the platform beyond what is strictly provided by law.
